UltimateData™ provides you with an fast and easy to use
record search engine.
The search is done according
Category, Sub-Category, Item Name, Catalog #, Serial # and Manufacturer.
You may search for a record using one of three methods.
Search for Category, Sub-Category or
Item
Method 1: Click on the 'Search' button

- - Click on the toolbar
'Search' button.
- - Start typing the
Category, Sub-Category or Item in the Search Field.

- UltimateData™ will start
searching as you type and will find the first match! As the first match
found,
UltimateData™ will highlight the found record with a BULLS EYE ICON!

Method 2: Click on the pull-down menu:
'options', then click on the: 'Search' menu.

- Click on the 'options' menu and choose the 'Search' option.

Method 3: Click the F3 Key.
Closing the Search Panel -
Click on t he Flashing X to close the Search Panel.
